Catering Sales Manager
He/she is the person who assists you at the venue you ultimately choose. "Catering Sales Manager" is often mixed with event coordinator and even more often, confused as a Wedding Coordinator. The title of Catering Sales Manager can vary from venue to venue. MAIN DUTIES: 1) Your Catering Sales Manager assists in securing the venue and the venue logistics for the wedding day (ex: set up and break down times, parking questions) 2) Assists you with the menu selection if your food is coming from your venue as well. SUPER IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Your Catering Sales Manager is NOT your Wedding Coordinator and most likely cannot help you troubleshoot things the day of your wedding such as not having a printed copy of your thank you speech, getting family members organized for photos. That's where we come in!
Ready to take things even further? After the days, weeks and months of communicating with your Catering Sales Manager about your menu, start and end times and the price of it all… it's crucial to know that your Catering Sales Manager will most likely not be there the day of your wedding! DON’T WORRY!!! Everything is A-OK. Please welcome: Your BANQUET CAPTAIN. Your Banquet Captain's job is to carry out what was agreed upon in your Catering Contract/BEO (Banquet Event Order). The Banquet Captain and Catering Sales Manager work hand in hand to ensure a seamless event. They spend countless hours reviewing your needs, requests, concerns and all the details leading up to your big day. And guess what? Professional Wedding Coordinators get the ins and outs and behind the scenes BEOs to make sure all of your needs are met. Your Banquet Captain is your go to person for anything happening while the event is going on in regards to your site/location.

Last, but not least, your Wedding Coordinator is the person that helps bring all the details together in an organized, stress-free manner and is your one stop, personal resource for all things wedding! Often times, couples hire a coordinator to help manage all aspects of the wedding and to ensure that things run smoothly that day, whether it be providing a printed copy of speeches at the podium, making sure you have money ready for the Chinese Lion Dance, or the instant stand in for unexpected things that may arise. Leave it to the coordinator to take care of any last minute details, there shouldn't be any running around in those fancy wedding heels!

PLEASE MEET :: Bride Marisa and Groom Christopher
November 04, 2012
California couple, Marisa and Christopher left us SPEECHLESS with their over-the-top romantic and elegant decor.
We were giddy with all the pretty little details... custom table prints, ceremony program fans, chiavari chairs and Manzanita trees.
Cupcake favors, a candy bar, a wishing tree and wall-to-wall pipe and draping? No detail was left unturned. LOVE.
Marisa opted to keep things simple and classic... except when it came to her stunning, blinged-out wedding dress that was an absolute jaw dropper.
Congrats Marisa and Christopher!
